Campus Hire – Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation Engineer

About the role

ExxonMobil Singapore is seeking recent graduates to join its Manufacturing Complex as Campus Hire Engineers in Electrical, Mechanical or Instrumentation disciplines. You will support safe and reliable plant operations while developing your engineering expertise in a world‑scale refining and petrochemical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide engineering expertise for safe, reliable operations of the Singapore Manufacturing Complex.
• Conduct engineering assessments, design work, troubleshooting, root‑cause failure analysis and propose long‑term equipment improvements.
• Support project development activities, including Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
• Assist maintenance and inspection activities during major plant shutdowns.
• Act as the engineering point of contact for an assigned process unit.
• Deliver engineering training and knowledge sharing within the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical (Power Engineering), Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering.
• New graduates with no prior experience are welcome.
• Strong analytical capability and commitment to high standards in solving engineering problems.
• Adaptable, effective team player with good communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
