Campus Hire – Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation Engineer

About the role

ExxonMobil is seeking recent graduates for a campus‑hire position to provide engineering expertise at its Singapore Manufacturing Complex. The role focuses on ensuring safe, reliable operations and supporting project delivery across multiple engineering disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engineering assessments, design work, troubleshooting and root‑cause failure analysis for equipment improvement.
• Support project development activities, including Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
• Assist maintenance and inspection tasks during major shutdowns.
• Act as the engineering point of contact for an assigned process unit.
• Provide engineering training and knowledge transfer within the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical (Power Engineering), Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering.
• No prior experience required – entry‑level candidates are welcome.
• Strong analytical ability and commitment to high engineering standards.
• Adaptable team player with effective communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
