Capacity Industrial Engineer – Semiconductor Fab

About the role

STMicroelectronics is seeking a Capacity Industrial Engineer to own the overall fab capacity model, safeguard capacity health, and drive capacity expansion initiatives. You will play a pivotal part in shaping the fab’s mid‑ and long‑term loading plans and supporting capital‑expenditure proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the integrity of the capacity modelling database.
• Conduct capacity analyses during planning cycles and evaluate various loading scenarios.
• Develop and present capex proposals and space‑management recommendations.
• Collaborate with management on capacity strategy and outlook.
• Lead programs focused on capacity increase, equipment efficiency, and productivity improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in industrial engineering, project management or process engineering.
• Strong coordination, organization and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent business communication and written skills.
