Case Manager, HNW Underwriting

About the role

Prudential is hiring a Case Manager for its High Net Worth (HNW) underwriting function. You will manage a portfolio of new proposals, including tracking of submission and issuance, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders on all new business matters relating to new policies.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and set priorities for the team.
• Analyze and solve problems without clear precedence.
• Act as a resource for colleagues, providing expertise, advice and coaching.
• Manage the High Net Worth portfolio of new proposals, including tracking of submission and issuance.
• Report regularly to management on the team's key performance indicators.
• Liaise between distribution channels and underwriters on pre-issuance and post-issuance transactions and enquiries.
• Work closely with the relevant departments on all new business matters relating to High-Net-Worth policies.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Degree in Business Administration/Management or another relevant field.
• Customer-oriented, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confident in decision making and problem solving, able to adapt to fast-paced situations and enjoy working with people at all levels.

Required skills

• IT savvy with strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel).
