Cash Management and Client Services Manager – Fiduciary Services

About the role

The client is a leading fiduciary services firm seeking a Cash Management and Client Services Manager in Singapore. Reporting to the SVP of Finance and Client Service, you will ensure superior cash management and client service for assigned clients and funds.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain online banking platforms, process payments, and manage bank account opening and signatory updates.
• Ensure all payments comply with AML/KYC regulations and meet service level agreements.
• Develop and update operations manuals, manage invoicing, AR aging, and transactional reporting.
• Coordinate compliance activities, including AML/KYC checks and preparation of compliance checklists.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services, particularly in client bank account administration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with senior management, regulators, banks, lawyers and auditors.

Required skills

• Proficiency with online banking platforms.
• Strong knowledge of AML/KYC compliance requirements.
