About the role

The Catering Sales Department drives business and revenue for Four Seasons Hotel Singapore by coordinating events from intimate gatherings and corporate meetings to large conferences and banquets. The Catering Sales Manager / Senior Catering Sales Manager builds relationships, manages accounts, executes sales and services events for corporate and social clients, working closely with sales and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee a corporate catering portfolio, managing sales from enquiry to contract finalisation
• Drive revenue growth through targeted sales strategies and proactive client engagement
• Cultivate new business and strengthen existing client relationships
• Respond promptly to enquiries, conduct site inspections and deliver engaging client interactions
• Identify and act on upselling opportunities to maximise account profitability
• Manage and track leads to ensure prompt follow-up
• Partner with operations teams to guarantee flawless event execution and group experiences
• Communicate proactively with hotel departments on VIP arrivals and special event requirements
• Monitor sales performance, support forecasting and budgeting, and help achieve revenue targets

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality or a related field
• Minimum 4-5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably 1 year in a similar capacity with a luxury brand
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in luxury hospitality
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, able to engage key decision-makers
• Organised, able to prioritise and manage multiple accounts, and able to work independently and collaboratively

The position is open to Singaporeans only due to work visa restrictions, Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 6.00 pm, with flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as needed.
