Centre Manager – Learning Centre

About the role

We are looking for a Centre Manager to lead the delivery of our coding programmes across multiple learning centres in Singapore. You will join a fast‑growing ed‑tech start‑up and work closely with the founding team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new parents and recommend suitable coding programmes for their children.
• Support customer‑success initiatives such as special programmes, competitions and community events.
• Maintain strong relationships with parents, acting as their advocate.
• Plan and execute lead‑generation events with partners, and ensure class payments are received.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to assess student progress and follow up for conversions.
• Handle general administrative duties including onboarding emails, data entry and research.
• Keep customer information up‑to‑date in the CRM system.
• Track student progress and nurture ongoing relationships with families.

Required profile

• Experience in customer acquisition or onboarding.
• Strong community‑building and relationship‑management skills.
• Administrative competence with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff.
