Certified Preschool Teacher (Infant/Toddler) – Up to SGD 3,000

About the role

We are seeking a certified preschool teacher to lead our infant and toddler programmes across multiple centres in Singapore. The role involves creating a safe, nurturing learning environment and delivering developmentally appropriate curricula for children aged 0‑3 years.

Key responsibilities

• Create a secure and quality learning environment through nurturing trusting and respectful relationships with children.
• Co‑design and implement culturally appropriate, developmentally suitable curricula, integrating innovative teaching practices.
• Strengthen partnerships with families and the community, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Guide junior educators, providing mentorship and suggestions for professional development.
• Respond to the needs of infants and toddlers, ensuring a responsive and reciprocal relationship.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and reflective practice.

Required profile

• Certificate in Infant/Toddler Care & Development (CIT) or Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) or Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY). Candidates currently undertaking HCIC/ACEY are welcome.
• Relevant experience teaching infants and toddlers is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with families and community partners.

Required skills
