About the role
The Discipline Support Officer will support the school in managing student behaviour, investigations and safety plans. This is a one‑year contract position based in Singapore.
Key responsibilities
- Support fact‑finding and investigations into student misconduct and bullying cases, documenting findings and maintaining accurate records.
- Engage with students involved in disciplinary matters, provide guidance, and build rapport with at‑risk students.
- Monitor student safety plans, supervise designated areas during recess, dismissal and lesson transitions, and assist with conflict de‑escalation.
- Identify recurring disciplinary concerns and suggest preventive measures.
Required profile
- Minimum GCE N‑Level qualification with at least 1 year of relevant experience in a school or similar environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and conflict management skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Professional, resilient and able to work effectively with students and school personnel.
