About the role
PwC is seeking a Compliance Manager to join its Advisory line of service. The role involves supporting clients in meeting anti‑money‑laundering (AML) and know‑your‑customer (KYC) requirements while ensuring adherence to MAS regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Perform, monitor and review customer due‑diligence and onboarding to ensure compliance with AML rules.
- Assist in creating and maintaining accounts and opportunities for onboarding, risk management and KYC assessment using Salesforce.
- Provide advice and guidance to employees on compliance‑related matters and develop compliance training programs.
- Complete the annual compliance monitoring program and handle ad‑hoc compliance projects.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 5 years of compliance experience in an investment bank or external audit environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good understanding of MAS regulatory compliance requirements and related laws.
