Chanel & Moi Ambassador – Luxury After‑Sales Service

About the role

As a Chanel & Moi Ambassador you will be the face of CHANEL’s after‑sales service, turning every repair or care interaction into a memorable experience that reinforces the House’s heritage and client loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized after‑sales support, guiding clients through repair, alteration and care processes.
• Maintain accurate client records and repair tracking in ACET and related systems.
• Ensure the Les Ateliers environment meets CHANEL standards of cleanliness, organization and hospitality.
• Monitor service KPIs such as client satisfaction and lead times, reporting risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with quality control, boutique, and alteration teams to ensure seamless communication.
• Collect and share client feedback with the Head of Les Ateliers to enhance the overall journey.
