Club Technician – Full‑Time with Sign‑On Bonus

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Club Technician to join our golf shop team. You will work closely with the fitter to custom‑build and repair golf clubs, ensuring each customer receives equipment that matches their game. This full‑time position offers a five‑day work week and a one‑month sign‑on bonus.

Key responsibilities

• Perform club repairs and custom builds according to fitter specifications, maintaining high‑quality workmanship.
• Manage daily workshop operations, including tool and equipment upkeep, safety, and organization.
• Support store operations by advising customers on off‑the‑shelf clubs, adjustable settings, and golf ball fitting.
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and regular inventory checks.
• Contribute to sales initiatives, in‑store marketing displays, and promotional events.
• Provide post‑fitting support and participate in nationwide fitting sessions, demo days, and corporate golf programs.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in golf club repair and custom building.
• Strong technical knowledge of golf clubs, components, and fitting equipment.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast‑paced workshop environment.
• Customer‑focused attitude with good communication skills.
