About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Chef to join our kitchen team at Xiao Ge Catering. The role involves preparing and cooking a variety of Chinese dishes while maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to standard operating procedures.
- Allocate duties and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Fulfill all orders promptly and to the expected quality.
- Manage stock checking, inventory, and ordering of kitchen supplies.
- Maintain strict hygiene and housekeeping standards in the kitchen.
- Store, prepare, and present food safely and hygienically.
Required profile
- Profound knowledge of a wide range of beverages.
- Deep understanding of Chinese cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, assign responsibilities and remain patient under pressure.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
