About the role

KAIOH DINING is looking for a skilled Chef to join its kitchen team on Sentosa Island. You will be responsible for preparing high‑quality dishes while maintaining strict food‑safety standards in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

Prepare guests' orders according to their preferences.
Apply and enforce food‑safety best practices for yourself and the kitchen staff.
Handle knives, hot surfaces and other kitchen hazards with appropriate caution.
Select premium ingredients to maximise flavour.
Experiment with new dishes to attract and retain diners.

Required profile

Proven experience as a Chef or Cook.
Hands‑on experience with a variety of kitchen equipment.
Leadership ability and calmness under pressure.
Excellent time‑management skills.
Willingness to work on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
