Chemical Production & Warehouse Assistant

About the role

This position supports both chemical production and warehouse operations for a marine equipment wholesaler. You will work on the shop floor, handling raw materials, operating machinery, and ensuring accurate inventory management.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production machinery according to work instructions, prepare raw materials and pack finished products.
• Receive, pack and conduct accurate stock checks for inventory.
• Prepare delivery documents for stock movement.
• Monitor equipment performance and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised work environment.
• Carry out basic housekeeping and upkeep of warehouse units.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• ITE / Higher Nitec / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in production or warehousing is preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Class 3 driving licence or forklift licence is preferred.
• Ability to work safely in a chemical production environment.

• Basic salary plus performance bonus.
• Standard working hours: Mon‑Fri 9:00‑17:30, one Saturday per month (9:00‑12:00).
