Chief Concierge

About the role

The Chief Concierge leads the concierge team at NoMad Singapore, delivering personalised, intuitive and memorable guest experiences that reflect the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily concierge operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to brand standards.
• Develop and implement procedures for luggage handling, transportation, and guest assistance.
• Maintain a strong lobby presence to engage guests and support the team.
• Lead, train and coach the concierge staff, conduct performance evaluations and manage scheduling.
• Provide expert local recommendations, arrange transportation, airport transfers and special requests for VIP and repeat guests.
• Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B and other departments to ensure accurate communication of guest requests.
• Identify opportunities to enhance services and generate revenue through partnerships and curated experiences.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health and safety standards, and maintain accurate reporting.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a luxury hotel concierge or guest services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore’s attractions, dining, entertainment and cultural events.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on personalised service.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs, solve problems quickly and maintain high service standards.
• Organisational aptitude to manage team schedules, procedures and inter‑departmental coordination.
