Chief Cook – Full‑Time Kitchen Leader

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Chief Cook to lead our kitchen operations at our Singapore outlet. The role involves overseeing food preparation, ensuring quality standards, and managing the kitchen team in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to standard operating procedures.
• Allocate duties and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Fulfill all orders promptly while maintaining expected quality.
• Manage stock‑checking, inventory control, and ordering of supplies.
• Maintain high hygiene and housekeeping standards in the kitchen.
• Ensure safe storage, preparation, and presentation of food.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and wholesale buyers.
• Work night shifts, split shifts, and occasional extra hours or weekends as needed.

Required profile

• Executive‑level experience in a kitchen or food‑service environment.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards.
