Guest Services Executive

About the role

Join the award‑winning Royal Plaza front‑office team as a Guest Services Executive. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring warm welcomes and smooth arrivals and departures while supporting the executive lounge and concierge functions.

Key responsibilities

• Work across reception, concierge, and executive lounge areas.
• Welcome guests, manage check‑in/check‑out efficiently and accurately.
• Handle guest feedback with empowerment and accountability.
• Gain exposure to food‑and‑beverage operations, including knowledge of food, wine, and plate clearing.
• Manage executive lounge breakfast, high tea, and evening cocktail service, including alcohol service.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Develop versatility through learning opportunities in the rooms division.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in guest services or a similar hospitality role.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in handling guest feedback and managing difficult situations.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and midnight shifts (fixed day shifts also available).
• Passion for hospitality and delivering colourful guest experiences.
