Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Digital Infrastructure Platform

About the role

The company is a fast‑growing, investor‑backed digital infrastructure platform developing data‑centre assets across APAC. The CFO will be a key member of the executive team, shaping financial strategy, leading capital‑market initiatives and building a best‑in‑class finance and FP&A function to support rapid expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a core member of the executive leadership team, partnering closely with the CEO and Board to define and execute the financial strategy.
• Lead capital structuring initiatives across equity, debt and hybrid instruments and drive capital‑raising efforts with institutional investors, private equity and lenders.
• Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions and advisory partners, overseeing project financing, refinancing and structured finance for development and operational assets.
• Establish and lead a best‑in‑class FP&A function, driving budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning and detailed financial modelling for investment decisions.
• Support evaluation and execution of greenfield and brownfield investments, conduct financial due diligence and monitor portfolio performance (IRR, EBITDA, yield, utilisation).
• Oversee financial reporting, accounting, tax and compliance across multiple jurisdictions, implementing strong internal controls and governance frameworks.
• Manage liquidity, working capital and cash‑flow forecasting; develop hedging strategies for FX and interest‑rate risk.
• Build and lead a high‑performing regional finance and FP&A team and act as the primary interface with investors, Board members, auditors and external advisors.

Required profile

• 15+ years of finance experience.
• 5–8 years in senior leadership roles such as CFO or Head of Finance.
• Proven track record in capital raising, corporate finance, FP&A and treasury management.
• Experience managing finance functions across multiple jurisdictions and leading large finance teams.
