About the role

We are partnering with several organisations across multiple sectors to fill senior Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) positions. These confidential mandates range from regional leadership to global cybersecurity responsibilities, reporting directly to Boards and executive teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement enterprise‑wide cybersecurity strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead governance, risk management and compliance programmes, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Oversee cyber operations, incident response, security architecture and resilience initiatives.
• Advise Boards, executive committees and senior stakeholders on cyber risk, emerging threats and mitigation plans.
• Drive security transformation and digital enablement across the organisation.
• Build and manage high‑performing cybersecurity teams and operating models.
• Manage regulatory engagements, audits and industry compliance activities.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in cybersecurity (CISO, Deputy CISO, Head of Cyber Security, Head of Information Security or equivalent).
• Strong background in governance, technology risk, security operations, architecture or resilience.
• Demonstrated ability to engage Boards, regulators and senior business leaders.
• Track record of delivering cybersecurity programmes in complex, regulated environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
