Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) – Cybersecurity & AI Risk

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Chief Information Security Officer to shape and execute our enterprise cybersecurity, AI security and technology risk strategy. The role combines strategic leadership with deep technical expertise, guiding the organization through rapid AI adoption while safeguarding data, systems and reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity, AI security and AI risk management strategy.
• Establish governance, controls and oversight for Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI and machine‑learning platforms.
• Partner with Technology, Data, Product and Innovation teams to embed security, privacy and compliance into AI initiatives.
• Maintain risk appetite, KRIs and executive reporting for senior management and board committees.
• Drive secure‑by‑design and DevSecOps practices across all technology delivery lifecycles.
• Modernise security capabilities through automation, AI‑driven controls and cloud‑native security.
• Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, cloud and platform teams to strengthen the enterprise security posture.
• Lead engagement with regulators, auditors and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant frameworks.

Required profile

• Proven executive experience in cybersecurity, technology risk or related fields.
• Strong engineering background with a track record of building and scaling security functions.
• Experience advising senior leadership, boards and regulators on security and risk matters.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross‑functional teams while supporting innovation.
