Childcare Teacher – Early Childhood Education

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Teacher to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment for young children. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality early childhood education in line with our centre’s curriculum and values.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and conduct lessons using songs, games, storytelling and other engaging activities.
• Maintain a tidy, well‑organized classroom with clearly labelled resources.
• Record and assess each child’s holistic development, preparing individual portfolios and reports.
• Foster respectful relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Guide and supervise assistant teachers or classroom helpers.
• Adhere to centre policies, shift patterns and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma in Preschool Teaching (DPT) or Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for working with children and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
