Civil Construction Manager – Design & Build Army Camp Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Manager to lead design‑and‑build projects for army camp facilities in the northern region of Singapore. The role involves driving project delivery, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the company’s services by understanding and anticipating client objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop project management programmes.
• Present project updates and findings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee day‑to‑day project progress, including schedule, budget, and quality control.
• Negotiate rates with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Review and monitor Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) reports.

Required profile

• MSc or Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a project or construction manager on building projects.
• Experience with infrastructure such as army or public facilities is a plus.
• Willingness to work alternate Saturdays, typical hours 8 am–6 pm.
• Based in or willing to work in North Singapore (YCK, Yishun, Sembawang).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using project‑management software (e.g., MS Project).
