Civil Engineer – Construction & Structural

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to lead site planning, coordination and inspection for construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and inspect construction sites to meet project schedules, requirements and budgets.
• Support implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards and related documented procedures.
• Update structural work progress in regular progress reports.
• Assist with commissioning activities and structural engineering coordination.
• Maintain inspection documentation and follow‑up forms.
• Support Quantity Surveyors with site measurements and inspections.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
• Work with the Safety Officer to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Required profile

• Minimum degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the PE Board of Singapore.
• At least 3 years of relevant local construction experience (HDB projects preferred).
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills
