About the role
We are seeking motivated, curious, and creative engineers to manage demolition projects and existing properties within HDB estates.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and manage demolition projects and enhancement works.
- Coordinate procurement of services and oversee site management.
- Conduct feasibility studies and analyse structural engineering problems.
- Manage maintenance and improvement works across HDB estates.
- Perform technical assessments to resolve post‑construction feedback or engineering issues.
Required profile
- Relevant Civil Engineering qualification recognised by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.
- Preferably experience in design, construction or project management.
- Ability to work independently, analyse problems and explore new technologies.
