Civil Engineer – EPC & EPCM Projects (Industrial, Cleanroom, Commercial)

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Civil Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The role focuses on design, structural analysis, and on‑site execution of complex EPC and EPCM construction projects for industrial plants, cleanrooms, and commercial infrastructure in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and review detailed civil and structural calculations, designs, and drawings for foundations, structural steel, reinforced concrete, and temporary works.
• Ensure designs comply with the Singapore Building Control Act, Eurocodes, and BCA guidelines.
• Collaborate with BIM specialists to develop accurate 3D models and resolve cross‑disciplinary clashes.
• Evaluate vendor technical submissions, shop drawings, and material submission forms.
• Support project management with construction schedules, method statements, and resource planning.
• Conduct regular on‑site inspections, investigate technical issues, and propose cost‑effective solutions.
• Participate in tendering, prepare technical specifications, and review subcontractor bids.
• Enforce Workplace Safety and Health regulations, approve risk assessments and safe work procedures, and assist QA/QC teams with inspection regimes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in civil/structural engineering design and on‑site coordination for EPC/EPCM projects.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore regulatory frameworks, Eurocodes, and BCA guidelines.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, consultants, architects, M&E teams, and subcontractors.
