Civil Engineer – Project Support & Site Supervision

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Civil Engineer to support the Project Manager on‑site, handling technical and engineering matters as well as authority submissions. You will play a key role in ensuring daily site operations run smoothly while maintaining safety and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with all project‑related matters, including on‑site technical issues and authority submissions.
• Prepare and compile daily site reports.
• Oversee site works, inspections, planning and other on‑site activities.
• Coordinate internally across departments and externally with clients, contractors, consultants and suppliers.
• Supervise the site team, ensuring safety, compliance and adherence to the project schedule.
• Prepare presentation materials when required.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Strong leadership, time‑management and analytical abilities.
• Meticulous, organized and a positive work attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
