Cleaner Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Cleaner Supervisor to lead multiple cleaning teams across various projects in Singapore. The role involves ensuring high‑quality cleaning standards, safety compliance and efficient resource management.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate several teams of cleaners on multiple cleaning projects.
• Train cleaners and team leaders on service standards and provide guidance as needed.
• Assist in planning work schedules and deploying manpower effectively.
• Monitor compliance with cleaning procedures, workplace safety and tender specifications.
• Implement operational plans to improve processes and service quality.
• Track cleaning material stock levels, reorder supplies and maintain equipment condition.
• Resolve operational issues, make decisions and submit daily cleaning reports.
• Facilitate clear communication and engagement within the workplace.

Required profile

• Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Non‑executive level with experience supervising cleaning staff.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and standards.
• Understanding of workplace safety regulations.
• Inventory management for cleaning supplies.
• Maintenance of cleaning equipment.
