Client Advisor (Client Services) – 4‑Month Maternity Cover

About the role

Gucci is seeking a Client Advisor for a 4‑month maternity cover to deliver omnichannel customer service across the South Asia & Pacific region. You will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless order fulfilment and high‑quality support.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve order‑related issues by coordinating with warehouses, logistics partners and repair services.
• Manage fraud detection, prevention and chargeback processes to meet target levels.
• Address payment problems, credit‑card declines and ensure daily sales goals are achieved.
• Collaborate with Administration and Fiscal departments to resolve payment performance issues.
• Participate in functional testing of system enhancements and support smooth production roll‑outs.
• Provide online customer service via phone, chat and email, handling inquiries, returns, exchanges, repairs and shipping information.
• Offer styling advice, stay updated on product knowledge and luxury fashion trends.
• Cultivate dedicated service for Very Important Gucci (VIG) clients.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in written, verbal and chat formats.
• Ability to work independently and cross‑functionally with multiple internal teams.
• Passion for the Gucci brand and luxury fashion industry.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
