Client Advisor – Luxury Retail (Airport)

About the role

As a Client Advisor for PRADA at the airport, you will deliver an extraordinary luxury experience to travelers, acting as the brand’s ambassador and guiding customers through the world of PRADA, Miu Miu and related brands. You will be responsible for both in‑store and e‑commerce interactions, ensuring every client feels valued and receives personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and place the customer at the centre of every interaction, following the “client journey ceremony”.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPI goals, contributing to overall store performance.
• Maintain deep product knowledge, including PRADA history, culture and DNA, and stay informed on fashion trends.
• Capture and manage client data in the company CRM to build lasting relationships and personalise future offers.
• Promote the omni‑channel mindset by integrating in‑store and online experiences.
• Handle client complaints in partnership with the line manager and Client Service team.
• Utilise digital tools to deliver a seamless luxury experience, including virtual appointments.
• Collaborate with back‑of‑house teams, maintain organized stock rooms and follow operational, security and inventory procedures.
• Uphold the highest level of care and respect for PRADA products.
• Foster teamwork, open communication and an inclusive workplace.
