About the role
TikTok is looking for a commercially driven Client Partner to expand its portfolio of D2C, retail, app and gaming brands across global markets from Singapore. The position blends new‑business hunting with existing‑account farming, requiring close collaboration with operations, strategy, marketing and product teams to deliver measurable outcomes. Up to 50% international travel may be required.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, prospect and onboard new business across high‑potential categories.
- Own the full sales cycle from outreach and pitch to onboarding, activation and delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships at all levels of client organisations, from mid‑management to business heads.
- Develop and execute account growth plans to drive revenue and market expansion for existing partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the portfolio, managing day‑to‑day communications, escalations and strategic reviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to deliver integrated solutions that meet client objectives.
- Track portfolio performance against targets and present insights and recommendations in business reviews.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 + years in sales, business development or client partnerships within digital advertising, e‑commerce or platform businesses, with a proven record of hunting and growing accounts.
- Understanding of gaming, apps and/or D2C ecosystems is a significant advantage.
- Consultative, data‑driven approach with strong presentation and negotiation skills, able to turn performance insights into clear client recommendations.
