Client Relationship Manager APAC (Executive Search)

About the role

Timeo-Performance, a training and talent development consultancy based in Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong, is hiring a Client Relationship Manager APAC. The role is both hunter and farmer: you will manage your own portfolio and help achieve the client acquisition roadmap in APAC by promoting and selling services such as executive search, digital and blended learning solutions tailored to clients' needs.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in formulating business strategies to identify new markets and opportunities
• Hunt for new clients through active networking and meetings with C-level stakeholders
• Contact targeted clients, present the value proposition and qualify opportunities
• Present the service portfolio, draft commercial proposals and close deals
• Follow up project delivery to ensure client satisfaction
• Promote the brand with the Marketing team and report regularly on market trends and customer expectations
• Update CRM tools and build long-term relationships with key decision-makers

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above
• At least 7 years of experience in executive search
• Proven sales track record and experience selling to various levels of seniority
• Experience in the Learning and Development sector is desirable but not essential
• Ability to bridge clients between the Europe HQ and Asia operations
