Client Relationship Manager – Corporate Services

About the role

Vistra is seeking a Client Relationship Manager for its Corporate Services team in Singapore. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through offshore company incorporation and ongoing compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main client contact, handling queries and providing timely updates.
• Manage incorporation and setup of offshore entities in jurisdictions such as BVI, Cayman, Seychelles, and Samoa.
• Ensure client information is accurate and meets regulatory standards.
• Assist clients with annual filings and other administrative tasks.
• Conduct cold calls and upsell additional services where appropriate.
• Direct clients to the appropriate internal teams based on their needs.
• Collaborate with the compliance team to review documents and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Prior experience in corporate secretarial or corporate services.
• Knowledge of offshore jurisdictions is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
• Ability to perform basic cold calling and upselling.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements.
