Client Relationship Manager, Global Benefits Management

About the role

Marsh Health and Benefits is looking for a Client Relationship Manager for its Global Benefits Management practice, based in the Singapore office. You will plan and run the client strategy for your assigned portfolio, ensuring client retention and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Understand clients' guiding principles, business profile, risk exposures and requirements, and advise on their insurance and flexible benefits programs
• Present benchmarking data, claims analysis and market trends during renewals, and manage the renewal process in line with regulations and internal procedures
• Check policy contracts, endorsements and invoices for accuracy, and collect documents needed for insurers
• Ensure prompt internal financial reporting and collection of premiums and fees from clients
• Update global benefits systems so clients receive accurate information in a timely way
• Work collaboratively with regional and local support teams and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Carry out any ad hoc tasks assigned

Required profile

• Prior experience in the Employee Benefits segment of broking or insurance
• Strong domain knowledge and client management experience in health and benefits consulting
• MAS qualification is required for this role
• Experience working in a cross-border team environment
