Client Service Executive – Premier Bank (East & Central)

About the role

The Client Service Executive will be the first point of contact for Wealth customers, ensuring a smooth and differentiated banking experience across the East & Central region. You will act as a digital advocate, guiding customers toward self‑service channels while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and receive customers as the initial touchpoint.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and promote online adoption.
• Drive service excellence by monitoring wait times, resolving issues promptly, and collecting feedback.
• Provide a one‑stop solution for non‑cash banking services such as account opening, application processing, digi‑banking, and card requests.
• Collaborate with team members and partners to resolve complex problems.

Required profile

• Digitally savvy with a strong interest in banking technology.
• Prior customer‑facing experience, preferably in a service or support role.
• Background in mass or retail banking is advantageous.
