Client Services Analyst – Singapore

About the role

The Client Services Analyst supports Hedgepoint’s global business and external clients throughout the entire customer journey, from onboarding to post‑trade activities. Based in Singapore, the analyst acts as a key liaison, ensuring a positive, efficient, and satisfactory client experience across all regions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day client support, handling inquiries, margin calls, bank reconciliations, and concierge services for the Hedgepoint HUB.
• Review client orders, deliver tailored post‑trade information, and resolve issues, complaints, or disputes promptly.
• Coordinate with Sales, Compliance, Credit, Legal and other internal teams to complete onboarding documentation and address client needs.
• Participate in projects such as new product launches, system integrations, reporting upgrades, and client portal enhancements.
• Gather client feedback to drive continuous improvement of products, services, and support processes.

Required profile

• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and empathy skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies and risks.
• Ability to manage time‑sensitive routines, prioritize competing demands and work autonomously.
• Solid understanding of derivatives and financial markets; knowledge of agricultural commodities is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft solutions (e.g., Office, Teams, Power Platform).
• Experience using process‑automation tools.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence applications for workflow improvement.
