Client Success Executive

About the role

Sciente Group is looking for a Client Success Executive to drive business development and nurture client relationships within the IT consulting and technology services space. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their goals are met while contributing to revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in existing client organisations.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client objectives, challenges, and expectations.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to increase revenue.
• Track and report key performance indicators related to client success and service outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with pre‑sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless service delivery and provide client insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, client success, or account management within the IT consulting or technology services industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Strong aptitude for learning trends in data, AI, digital transformation, IT outsourcing and technology consulting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a client‑centric approach.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities to address client challenges proactively.
• Result‑oriented mindset with the ability to meet agreed KPIs consistently.
