Clinic Assistant – Pediatric and Child Health Clinic

About the role

The Clinic Assistant will support a busy pediatric and child health clinic in central Orchard, Singapore. You will work closely with doctors and staff to ensure smooth patient flow and a welcoming environment for children and families.

Key responsibilities

• Assist doctors during patient consultations and procedures.
• Measure vital signs, height and weight of patients.
• Prepare consultation rooms and keep medical equipment clean and stocked.
• Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling and follow‑ups.
• Provide front‑desk support, answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with electronic medical documentation.
• Manage billing, stock‑taking and inventory of clinic supplies.
• Ensure a clean, child‑friendly and safe clinic environment at all times.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and comply with clinic protocols and healthcare regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum O‑Level qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience working in a clinic or healthcare setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially with children and parents.
• Basic computer literacy.
