Clinic Assistant – Pediatric Health Clinic

About the role

The Clinic Assistant will support doctors and staff in a busy pediatric and child health clinic located in the Orchard area of Singapore. This junior‑level position offers a supportive environment where you will interact directly with children, parents, and healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist doctors during patient consultations and minor procedures.
• Measure and record vital signs, height, and weight of patients.
• Prepare consultation rooms, ensuring equipment is clean and stocked.
• Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow‑up communications.
• Provide front‑desk support, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with electronic medical documentation.
• Manage billing, stock‑taking, and inventory of clinic supplies.
• Ensure a clean, child‑friendly, and safe clinic environment at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum O‑Level qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience working in a clinic or healthcare setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially with children and parents.
• Basic computer proficiency.
