Clinical Research Associate II (Home-based)

About the role

ICON, a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation, is looking for a Clinical Research Associate II to join its team in Singapore. This is a home-based position in which you will design and analyse clinical trials, interpret complex medical data and help advance new treatments and therapies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits for clinical trials.
• Ensure protocol compliance, data integrity and patient safety throughout the trial.
• Collaborate with investigators and site staff to run studies smoothly.
• Review data and resolve queries to keep clinical data of high quality.
• Help prepare and review study documentation, including protocols and clinical study reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations and ICH-GCP guidelines.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel at least 60% of the time (international and domestic, flying and driving) and a valid driver's licence.
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
