Senior Clinical Research Associate (FSP) - Singapore

About the role

ICON Strategic Solutions is hiring a CRA II or Senior CRA in Singapore, working in a sponsor-dedicated model supported by ICON's global expertise. As a Senior CRA, you will oversee and manage clinical trial activities so that they follow protocol, regulatory requirements and industry standards. ICON is open to considering CRA II or Senior CRA level for this role.

Key responsibilities

• Lead clinical trial monitoring tasks with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
• Monitor clinical trial sites for adherence to study protocols, regulatory requirements and GCP standards
• Conduct site visits to assess site performance, resolve issues and support successful trial execution
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data collection and reporting
• Train and guide site staff and other CRAs
• Build relationships with site personnel and stakeholders

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field
• At least 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate
• Experience in oncology studies strongly preferred
• Able to manage multiple sites and projects at once, with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
