Cloud Infrastructure Engineer – Enterprise Hybrid IT

About the role

We are seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join a leading enterprise technology environment in Singapore. You will work on complex hybrid IT systems, ensuring high availability and strong governance for mission‑critical infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Support maintenance, patching, and operational upkeep of Microsoft Server, Nutanix, and Citrix environments.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues to minimise downtime.
• Handle day‑to‑day service requests, operational support, and change activities.
• Assist with compliance, governance, and operational maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders for deployments, upgrades, and infrastructure refreshes.
• Manage IT equipment lifecycle, including inventory tracking and disposal coordination.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent.
• Solid experience in infrastructure or system support/implementation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience supporting enterprise infrastructure.
• Exposure to virtualization and platform operations.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in structured and secured environments.
