Club Technician – Full‑Time (5‑Day Week)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Club Technician to join our golf retail and fitting team in Singapore. You will work in a fast‑paced workshop environment, building, repairing and customizing golf clubs to the highest quality standards while providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Build, repair and customise golf clubs according to fitting specifications.
• Assemble clubs with precision and ensure strict quality control.
• Maintain club fitting equipment, tools and workshop facilities.
• Manage workshop inventory of components, tools and materials.
• Provide professional advice on equipment and custom club solutions.
• Collaborate with club fitters, retail teams and suppliers to support sales.
• Support club‑fitting events, demo days, corporate programmes and tournaments.
• Promote club‑fitting services to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor retail stock levels and keep product displays organised.

Required profile

• O Level or NITEC qualification or higher.
• 1 year experience in golf club building, repair or fitting (preferred but not mandatory).
• Sales‑driven attitude with strong customer‑service skills.
• Positive, self‑motivated team player able to work rotating shifts.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of golf clubs and repair techniques.
• Hands‑on experience with club repair tools and equipment.
• Maintenance of club‑fitting equipment.
