CNC Machinist – Junior Executive (Woodlands, Singapore)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior CNC Machinist to join our precision engineering team in Woodlands, Singapore. You will work on a variety of machining operations, ensuring high‑quality parts are produced on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines for drilling, grinding, milling, turning, 2‑axis turning and 5‑axis milling.
• Read drawings, blueprints, sketches and CAD/CAM files to determine machining methods and tolerances.
• Inspect machined parts with precision measuring tools and correct any defects.
• Create or adjust CNC programs, select appropriate tools and coolant, and optimise cutting settings.
• Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot faults, perform basic adjustments and maintain equipment.
• Support fabrication, assembly, inspection and testing while maintaining production output and quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and collaborate with the production team.

Required profile

• NTC/ITC qualification in Precision Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant experience in machining or precision manufacturing.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts as required.
