College Intern - Product Engineering (System Interaction)

About the role

HP is looking for a College Intern in Product Engineering (System Interaction) in Singapore. The intern ensures that printheads and ink supplies integrate seamlessly with printers so that commercial customers get consistent print quality and reliable supplies. The internship is full time, for 5 to 6 months starting in January 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure seamless integration of printhead and ink supplies with printers for consistent print quality and supply reliability.
• Lead, troubleshoot and resolve quality issues coming from the factory and the field.
• Develop and run tests to evaluate product changes and make sure they do not affect the customer experience.
• Support new product development by applying best manufacturing practices and influencing design for manufacturability.
• Lead and drive projects that improve quality and processes, improving efficiency and customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Chemical or Electrical Engineering.
• Able to commit to a 5-6 month full-time internship starting in January 2027.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a growth mindset and curiosity.
