About the role

Arros AI is seeking a Commercial Director to lead the development and execution of commercial strategies that drive growth and expand market presence. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to align business objectives with AI‑focused product offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement commercial strategies aligned with company goals.
• Conduct market research and create detailed business plans for expansion and business development.
• Identify and nurture new customer opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive execution.
• Build and sustain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Monitor commercial performance using key metrics and report insights to senior management.
• Assist in setting financial targets, budgeting, and financial monitoring.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Commercial Director or in a comparable senior commercial role.
• Strong understanding of market research methods and performance reporting.
• Solid knowledge of financial and budgeting processes.
• Commercial awareness combined with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• BSc/BA in Business Administration, Finance or related field; MSc/MA is a plus.
