Commercial Enablement Specialist – Marine Segment

About the role

Hempel is looking for a Commercial Enablement Specialist to drive commercial performance and operational excellence within its Marine segment. You will partner with global sales leaders to embed commercial rigor, improve productivity, and ensure alignment with the company’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales leaders to implement deal‑review cadences, pricing discipline and win/loss analysis.
• Identify and gather requirements for global salesforce effectiveness and monitor performance for key customers and projects.
• Lead continuous‑improvement cycles using sales data to prioritize resources and boost revenue growth.
• Manage change and roll out new commercial initiatives and tools across regions, adapting to local maturity.
• Drive CRM adoption, ensure pipeline quality, and conduct regular sales and pipeline analysis.
• Collaborate with leadership to define sales competencies and translate data into coaching insights.
• Support pricing, profitability analysis and market‑segment analytics.

Required profile

• Proven experience partnering with sales teams in a commercial‑excellence or enablement capacity.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across global and regional teams.
• Ability to lead change initiatives and adapt content to diverse cultures.
