Commercial Executive (Sales Support) – Singapore

About the role

Tru-Marine is seeking a Commercial Executive (or Senior Commercial Executive) to provide sales support for its turbocharger MRO business in Singapore. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on preparing quotations, service proposals and commercial documentation for complex projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate quotations, service proposals and contracts for turbocharger repair projects.
• Manage customer inquiries, follow‑up on quotes, orders and service requests to ensure timely responses.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in internal systems, track job progress and assist with order processing and billing.
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams to align service delivery with customer requirements.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and support commercial reporting and analysis.

Required profile

• Strong commercial acumen with experience in commercial management, preferably in industrial, marine or engineering services.
• Proven ability to handle customer‑focused activities, including proactive follow‑up on quotations and service orders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction with customers and internal teams.
• Detail‑oriented with solid organisational and documentation capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced, service‑oriented team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Experience using CRM systems.
