Commercial Finance Manager

About the role

The Commercial Finance Manager partners closely with the business to drive sound commercial decisions, embed a Business Performance Review culture and ensure transparent, efficient financial processes. This role supports the Country Manager in delivering accurate forecasts and full‑year estimates while maintaining compliance with statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the total company budgeting process and submit to regional/global teams.
• Lead the monthly forecasting cycle, aligning with S&OP, Cycle Planning, Business Performance Management, FYE and R&O.
• Develop and maintain Business Performance Review agendas, including monthly reports, depletion and trade stock analysis, and variance analysis.
• Manage Customer Discount and A&P investment processes, ensuring budget adherence and commercial plan delivery.
• Implement and lead the Measurement & Evaluation (M&E) process to improve A&P effectiveness.
• Provide analysis on customer profitability, trade terms and channel investment.
• Support pricing, trade term and trade promotion decisions across the value chain.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a solid finance background.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive consensus.
• Knowledge of statutory reporting requirements and business controls.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
