Commercial Intern – Retail & CRM Support (Jul–Dec)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Commercial Intern to join our team from July to December. You will support retail, CRM, commercial analysis and reporting activities across our Southeast Asia & Oceania markets, gaining hands‑on experience in client experience coordination and data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day boutique CRM support, troubleshoot access issues and manage new user requests.
• Act as the first point of contact for CRM queries and liaise with regional/HQ teams when needed.
• Coordinate boutique client activations, including travel, accommodation and itinerary management.
• Assist in preparing CRM reports, maintaining data hygiene and monitoring performance metrics.
• Consolidate and analyse sell‑in/sell‑out data, track sales KPIs, stock levels and inventory ageing.
• Support competitor and market intelligence tracking and prepare partner performance reviews.
• Organise weekly/monthly meetings, take minutes and produce regional presentations.
• Extract and analyse data for dashboards, ad‑hoc reports and business reviews.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
